Listed IT-services companies made ₹2.11 in sales for each rupee spent on staff in the second quarter of 2025-26

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, or EPFO, records provisional net additions for workers covered by the statutory provident fund. The total fell 1.3% from the previous financial year. The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, or ESIC, reports its own registrations separately below.

The Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, or MGNREGA, guarantees eligible rural households access to public work. The series uses completed financial years as reported in the Ministry’s state table.

94.47 million farmers have been paid so far in the April-July round
